In my opinion, I dont like this upgrade, because I dont really struggle with health, but undeniably it comes in very useful when looking for food for Cerberus. Only two Hammers can be acquired during any given run, and their effects will stack, although buying an Anvil of Fates from Charon in the Temple of Styx can allow the player to have three Hammers effects at once.
